Second, in the production process, due to internal leakage of the heat exchanger, the acidic gas generated by the crude gas process gas and the low temperature methanol washing and methanol regeneration process leaks into the circulating water system. Due to the change of latent heat of vaporization after the dry air entering the air cooling tower contacts the washing water, the air temperature decreases, and the H 2S and SO2 gas in the circulating water precipitates in the air cooling tower and then enters the purification system with the air. The molecular sieve was poisoned and deactivated, and the adsorption capacity was reduced.
Usually, it is necessary to strictly analyze the surrounding environment of the self-cleaning filter of the air separation unit regularly to prevent acidic gas from entering the compression system with the air. In addition, regular sampling and analysis of various heat exchangers in gasification devices and synthesis devices have been achieved in time to find internal leakage of equipment and prevent the heat exchange medium from channeling pollution, so as to ensure the quality of circulating water standards and the safe and stable operation of molecular sieve.
